Salary: $99,199 - $107,370 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) plus 17% superannuation

The Role

The Donor Relations Manager is a senior position in the Donor Relations team. It plays a significant role in the advancement team, responsible for developing and executing donor engagement plans with the University’s most significant donors giving at transformational levels.

This is a highly collaborative position that will require you to interpret data and develop personal and bespoke engagement strategies with donors that deepen their connection to the work of the University. You will also monitor the implementation of gifts and further engage donors on their journey.

Skills required

You will be an intelligent and sophisticated communicator. Your background could be; corporate hospitality, membership, wealth management, executive support or other positions that have exposed you to working on a personal and professional level with high net worth individuals.

You will be pro –active and client focused with the ability to generate ideas and solve problems. You will have experience working in an organisation that requires you to work collaboratively and think strategically when exercising judgement and making decisions.
