As a valued member of our dynamic Marketing and Communications team, you will assist with the delivery of our operational aspects for marketing and student recruitment. Reporting to our wonderful Manager of Marketing and Communications (Student Recruitment), you will be joining a team of creative advocates who pride themselves on delivering outstanding service to our diverse stakeholders. Our team is uniquely situated to tell our MSE story and help shape how the School grows by increasing our student numbers in the digital age.
Here’s why we need you
We are seeking a proactive, driven, and talented team player to join our Marketing and Communications team to help execute our marketing and communications plans. We have a tonne of exciting new projects in the works for 2019 and that’s where you come in!
Collaborating with variety of stakeholders, you will get to explore new ways of working and apply your creativity to play a key part in achieving our business objectives. Your knowledge of digital and social media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.
You will primarily focus on marketing activities for student recruitment to target audiences through the delivery of marketing campaigns including advertising, social and digital, content development and project coordination. You’ll deliver on planning, scheduling, and evaluating digital campaigns for local and national student recruitment strategies with the aim of driving more leads to MSE and brand awareness.
What we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing or relevant work experience in a similar role
- Previous experience delivering campaigns and activities preferably in student recruitment and executing social media campaigns to generate leads
- Engage with our community across all digital and social channels
- Strong ability to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness against stated goals
- Experience using CRM’s and creating content for different stages of customer/student journeys
- Clear and creative writer, able to create content for a variety of audiences and channels
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create video content for social campaigns
- Outstanding organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously to ensure the timely delivery of activities
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, show creativity and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
