About the role:

The Digital Health Workforce Development Lead will play a key role in operationalising the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health’s Education and Workforce Development strategy through developing award programs and professional development offerings for the current and future healthcare workforce that builds the competencies in digital health required by the health workforce.

About you:

  • Post-graduate qualifications (preferably Masters or PhD) or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in working with subject matter experts and teaching professionals to design, develop, produce, and manage evidence-based and high-quality learning and professional development programs
  • Demonstrated capacity to innovate in the design and/or delivery of educational programs
  • Demonstrated experience in driving development of high-quality educational programming in a range of formats including online
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in working with the tertiary education sector including with approval processes for new or redeveloped educational programs and meeting required standards
  • Demonstrated ability to generate, analyse, interpret and use evidence from market research, student data, qualitative research such as stakeholder interviews and surveys, and the peer-reviewed and grey education literature, to inform priorities and education program design
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluation of education programs from both quality and sustainability perspectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders using a variety of media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders and to work collaboratively to achieve collective impact
  • High-level organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and ensure the timely delivery of projects
  • High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgement and take initiative
