About the role: The Students and Programs Officer is an important component of the Academic Programs Team in the Department of Medical Education. The team works collaboratively to effectively manage and deliver the administrative support for the flagship Doctor of Medicine (MD) course.
This role is responsible for administrative support for first year MD teaching staff and the coordination of the graduate programs administration for components of the student lifecycle: enrolments, timetabling, assessments, results, progression, special examinations and completions. As part of the team, you will be expected to contribute to planning, quality assurance and promotional activities for the MD course, and to maintain awareness of wider University policy and activities relevant to the scope of the position.
About you: Team player; high EQ; strong leader, shows initiative, experience in working in a fast paced & dynamic environment; exceptionally organised; understanding how to work closely with academics and other key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications Required: An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
