Under the broad direction of Team Lead, Infrastructure/CRM Applications, the Infrastructure Applications Analyst/Developer is responsible for the operational support of the University of Melbourne’s applications suite across all domains within the Administrative and Research Application portfolio, within the Infrastructure Services division of University Services. The Infrastructure Applications Analyst/Developer is part of a larger team providing 2nd and 3rd level support and maintenance for all enterprise applications and local systems, ensuring these systems work as designed and are available as required. The role will require the Infrastructure Applications Analyst/Developer to administer, support and maintain the agreed portfolio of applications supported by Infrastructure/CRM Applications Team. The Infrastructure Applications Analyst/Developer perform technical and/or functional analysis when and if required to resolve issues and restore services as soon as practicable.

The Dookie Operations Officer is the principal point of contact at the Dookie Campus (one of The University’s regional campuses) for building facilities & maintenance services. The role contributes to the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for assets, buildings and grounds including all associated operational activities at the Campus. The role is responsible for administering, supervising and monitoring the services provided by contractors ensuring that maintenance works are performed efficiently, cost effectively and meeting quality standards.

The Manager of Anatomical Services (ANS) Unit is responsible for oversight and operation of the Anatomical Services and Body Donor Program activities and coordinates the staff working within this team. The Manager ensures compliance with the Human Tissue Act, and coordinates the integration of this Program with the Anatomical Services and Teaching activities of the Department.
