About the Role
Create impactful employee programs across Business Services by partnering with leaders to develop initiatives across culture, hybrid work and talent. Plan, execute, and continuously improve programs for a thriving work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, planning, and running engaging programs as well as supporting the annual IT Emerging Talent program cycle.
  • Collaborating with internal (leadership, people leaders, participants) and external partners to ensure program alignment, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Tracking program effectiveness with participant and stakeholder feedback. Identifying areas for enhancement and recommend program improvements.


Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a curious and organised individual with excellent communication skills. You will support multiple projects, craft clear materials, and collaborate effectively to deliver engaging programs. Your analytical mind and ability to connect with people will be key assets.

You will also have:

  • Relevant qualification in HR, Business/Commerce or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in program coordination, preferably in a complex organisation. This includes planning, implementing and evaluating programs.
  • Experience and/or interest in talent development, organisational culture and performance is desirable.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
