Your next career opportunity
As a Workday Security Administrator, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will design, implement, and maintain security configurations and protocols, ensuring that user access controls are properly managed, compliance requirements are met, and sensitive employee data is protected.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and configuring security roles and permissions within Workday, UKG, and Payroll systems
  • Managing and configuring domain and business process security policies.
  • Overseeing user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Conducting regular audits and access reviews to maintain compliance
  • Implementing continuous monitoring mechanisms to identify potential security violations.

You are an experienced security professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

You may also:

  • Possess proficiency in configuring and managing Workday Security Groups
  • Have expertise in managing Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform Security Audits and User Access Reviews within Workday
  • Understand Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and their implementation within Workday
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Enterprise Technology is responsible for all aspects of enterprise & IT foundational technology including both change (project) and run (operational) aspects.
