- Assist in the implementation of a cultural safety curriculum for health students by developing interprofessional teaching resources in partnership with First Nations communities.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised project professional to join the Collaborative Practice Centre in enhancing interprofessional education. Over 6 months, you will work closely with the First Nations Health Lead to engage community members in co-designing and developing cultural safety teaching resources, including videos and other materials. You will also assist in evaluating the curriculum's effectiveness in promoting collaboration between health students and First Nations communities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating resources, project documentation, monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Building relationships with First Nations Community Members to co-design learning materials.
- Supporting the implementation of high-quality interprofessional education across the Faculty.
- Communicating with stakeholders and coordinating working groups to facilitate project completion.
Who We Are Looking For
You are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Your project management skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks and keep initiatives on track.
You will also have:
- A relevant degree and at least 3 years' experience in student placements, health curriculum or equivalent.
- Strong computing, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience disseminating findings through reports, workshops and meetings.
- A commitment to cultural diversity and the Faculty's values of collaboration, compassion, respect, integrity and accountability

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
