About the Role
Join us in this pivotal role within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team, contributing to the current EPMO functions and the use of the Enterprise Portfolio Management System (EPMS). You will be instrumental in enhancing the delivery of capital projects and programs across the University. Primarily administrative in nature, this position will provide support to the EPMO team, Project Managers, and system users. This support encompasses tasks such as creating projects, onboarding users, coordinating month-end financial processes, scheduling, time-sheet management, and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of a range of project, program, and portfolio reporting activities.
- Coordination of multi-channel help functions.
- Managing aspects of the EPMS including setting up and maintaining project records, user permissions, and resource onboarding.

Your ability to organise your work effectively and manage your time, even in the face of competing deadlines, is highly valued. You will also have:
- A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a Project/Portfolio Management Office.
- Proven grasp of project management principles and a dedication to enhancing practices through continuous improvement.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project Online or equivalent PPM systems, as well as Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated process mapping experience to assist and drive process improvements.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
