Your next career opportunity
You will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the  Wurru Wurru Health Unit in improving medical education and promoting Indigenous knowledge within the Doctor of Medicine (MD) course.

This role will allow you to contribute to initiatives that shape the education of future medical professionals and their understanding of First Nations health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the Wurru Wurru Health Unit, organise, attend and take high quality minutes at meetings assist with producing briefing papers and reports related to First Nations health in medical education.
  • Coordination: Timetable and coordinate First Nations health lectures, tutorials, Discovery topics, , and the Cultural Immersion program across all four years of the MD course.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Aboriginal Health Services, community members, and First Nations organisations.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding Medical School initiatives and community activities.
