As the Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead experimentation with emerging technologies and design innovative, user-centric digital solutions that empower employees, enhance performance, and drive organisational transformation. This role is about testing boundaries, pioneering new approaches, and ensuring that digital tools deliver intuitive, impactful, and people-centred outcomes across the University.
Focused on human-centred UX principles, advanced analytics frameworks, and technology-enabled development, you will craft engaging, data-driven digital experiences that align with the University’s strategic objectives while fostering agility, capability, and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Pioneer Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies to transform workforce development and create engaging digital solutions.
- Drive Human-Centred and UX Design: Apply service design, UX, and experience design principles to develop intuitive, user-friendly digital environments tailored to workforce needs.
- Leverage Advanced Analytics: Use analytics frameworks, tools, and models to generate actionable insights, inform iterative improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning and workforce solutions.
- Reimagine Workforce Experiences: Collaborate across teams to design transformative digital solutions that enhance employee development, organisational capability, and performance.
- Champion Experimentation: Test new approaches and innovative tools, including AI-driven systems and automation, to unlock possibilities for employee experience and organisational development.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
