Your next career opportunity
As a Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in coordinating and implementing personalised stewardship programs for the University's Gift in Will donors. You'll have the opportunity to craft engaging communications, deliver bespoke events, and help showcase the impact of philanthropy. Your work will directly contribute to fostering lasting relationships with donors and supporting the University's mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support Donor Stewardship: Help coordinate and implement a multi-tiered engagement strategy for Gift in Will donors, including personalised correspondence and events.
- Create Impactful Communications: Collaborate on donor testimonials, bequest stories, and the annual Report to Donors to showcase the impact of giving.
- Coordinate Engagement Activities: Plan and deliver bespoke in-person events and digital communications for donors.
- Maintain Donor Relations: Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for Gift in Will donor enquiries.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a skilled communicator with experience in donor or stakeholder relations, possessing strong project management abilities and a keen eye for detail in delivering engaging communications and events.
You may also:
- Have experience in planning and delivering donor or stakeholder relations communications and events.
- Possess strong project management skills, particularly in digital and print communications.
- Understand best practices in donor relations, preferably in an educational environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
