About the Role
As Project Manager for the Research Domain, you'll lead IT projects elevating the university research experience. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll coordinate diverse projects and champion a culture of continuous improvement, crucially driving impactful initiatives that empower researchers and advance the university's mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage enterprise projects to ensure they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Cultivate robust relationships with Business Services and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to enhance project delivery
  • Produce essential documentation and contribute to improving team services and project management practices

Who we are looking for
You will have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, along with a proven ability to build productive project teams and work with clients and stakeholders to implement solutions. Strong commercial acumen and vendor management skills are also required.

You will also have:

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training
  • Project management accreditation and/or relevant professional qualifications i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of ability to manage medium to large ($250k-$3m) enterprise application and process improvement projects
