Your next career opportunity
As a Student Recruitment Officer in our Offshore Student Recruitment team, you'll spearhead innovative strategies to attract international students from diverse backgrounds. You'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver audience-centric projects, nurture relationships with global education influencers, and contribute to the University's strategic goals. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our international student community while gaining valuable experience in higher education recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Strategic Recruitment Plans: Contribute to channel engagement plans for specific offshore and onshore international cohorts, ensuring conversion from enquiries to enrolment.
  • Coordinate Impactful Events: Lead the planning and delivery of major on-campus experiences for key influencers, managing logistics and program coordination.
  • Represent the University: Attend face-to-face and online student recruitment events to promote the University's offerings.
  • Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work with Communications & Marketing to support targeted recruitment campaigns for key markets.

You may be a great fit if:
You are a proactive and service-oriented professional with experience in student recruitment or events management in an educational setting, possessing excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage complex projects while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You may also:

  • Have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Possess proven experience in student recruitment, marketing, or events management in education.
  • Demonstrate high-level planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Have experience using CRMs and applications like Excel and PowerBI.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
