As a Senior Adviser in Careers and Employability at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of shaping students' professional futures. - Have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent mix of education and experience in career services.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering career and employability programs, including individual advising and group learning.
- Show proven ability in training and workshop facilitation across multiple delivery modes, including virtual platforms.
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build networks across diverse internal and external contacts.
