Your next career opportunity
The Manager of the People Systems Team bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring HR system requirements are captured and developed. The role focuses on optimising current systems, supporting enhancements, and managing the product backlog, with expertise in HRIS systems like Workday HR, Ascender Pay, and UKG PRO WFM.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage People Systems Teams, prioritise HR systems backlog, and allocate tasks based on HR Product Owners' priorities
  • Collaborate with ERP System Owner to align HR roadmap and oversee support, enhancements, and updates for HR systems
  • Lead defect resolution, scope requirements, and coordinate user acceptance for new HR features
  • Oversee release management and ensure smooth implementation of HR system updates

You may be a great fit if:
You have strong experience in contributing to product roadmaps, defining and replenishing product backlogs with clear requirements that prioritise stakeholder needs. You will excel in communication and presentation, with extensive experience managing HR stakeholder groups and advocating for business value in prioritisation forums. Additionally, you will have experience leading teams to deliver value-based solutions and advice to customers and stakeholders.

You may also have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience in HR/Payroll processes; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • ITIL qualifications with service management experience in an operational environment advantageous
  • Previous experience in role similar to a Manager of a HRIS Systems Team
