As a Change and Communications Officer in the Student and Learning domain, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the student experience through IT projects. You'll develop and implement change management strategies, create engaging communications, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the University. This role offers you the opportunity to hone your skills in change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to significant improvements in the academic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop Change Management Assets: Create change canvases, impact assessments, and stakeholder matrices for IT projects.
- Craft Engaging Communications: Simplify complex technical information into accessible content for various stakeholders.
- Support Training Initiatives: Assist in creating user guides and demo videos for new systems.
- Drive Internal Communications: Facilitate domain meetings and manage SharePoint content for the Academic Technology team.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a skilled communicator with experience in change management and IT projects, able to simplify complex information and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
You may also:
- Hold a degree or relevant qualifications in internal communications or change management.
- Have experience working on IT or digital projects in a complex organisational environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively, contributing positively to University goals.
