About the Role
Join our team as a CRM Specialist and dive into the exciting world of student communications! You'll be part of a dynamic team of 20 experts, all focused on revolutionising how we connect with students through email campaigns and automation. Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, you'll work closely to craft and execute CRM emails that take student journeys to the next level. But that's not all – you'll also have the opportunity to lend your expertise to email migration strategies and drive the analysis and enhancement of our communications. Expect to engage with stakeholders regularly, making your mark in the ever-evolving landscape of student engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver outstanding email journeys for future and current students
  • Understanding the broader requirements of Student Services to support the migration of emails onto the CRM
  • Supporting the planning and technical implementation of SASS CRM communications activities and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Investigating technical issues and partnering with specialist teams to resolve.


Who we are looking for
Are you experienced in building and sending emails within a CRM? We are looking for a campaign specialist with expertise in applying web analytics and producing concise insights that inform decisions and enhancement. You will have a solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions, techniques, and best practices. You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills and are familiar with user communication journeys.

You will also have:

  • Sound knowledge of, and experience with customer relationship marketing/communications
  • Experience with building emails and executing email sends from Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience partnering in a challenging and changing environment to deliver business outcomes – with a focus on stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with business analysis reporting platforms such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other reporting solutions e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Data Studio

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
