About the Role
As a Senior Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring best practices for gifts and funds management across the University. Central to this is your coordination of the Annual Gift Financial Reports (GFR) Program, which provides donors—particularly those with long-term invested gift accounts—assurance of the sustained impact of their contribution.

Working collaboratively with teams including Finance, Gift Compliance, Donor Relations, and benefiting areas, you will collect and review data, as well as design, develop, and distribute annual gift financial reports. You will also coordinate the annual program review process, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting at the close of each cycle. You will proactively manage prioritised gift accounts and maintain a commitment to meeting deadlines, as well as contribute positively to the culture and success of the Gift Operations team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in the donor and fundraising sector. You will gain invaluable experience in understanding the intricacies of financial reporting and working alongside a dynamic team that supports your professional growth and development!

  • Coordinate the collection and review of quantitative and qualitative data; and coordinate the design, production and distribution of annual gift financial reports

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve timely and meaningful information collection, providing a first review of information collected for quality, and further investigation where appropriate

  • Partner with colleagues in Finance to monitor the capitalisation of gifts to long-term invested funds and the allocation of expenses to those accounts

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in using the applications and databases used in coordinating gift financial reporting, and contribute to requirements specifications for future system enhancements
