Take your career to new heights as the Workday System Support. In this pivotal role, you will optimise the University's Workday finance capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive financial excellence. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system enhancements, and play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and production issues.
  • Configuring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal solutions for the University
  • Coordinating with client teams for ad hoc or non-standard batch uploads
  • Developing and maintaining finance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in Workday finance solutions, possessing excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

You may also:

  • Have a certified finance administrator qualification or equivalent experience
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the overall Workday solution and relevant certifications/accreditations
  • Demonstrate experience in writing documents and executing requirements, design, development, and testing
  • Be organised, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently or collaboratively as a team player

Enterprise Technology is responsible for all aspects of enterprise & IT foundational technology including both change (project) and run (operational) aspects.

The Enterprise Services domain team, within Enterprise Technology, plans and delivers a diverse range of projects including IT enablement for new buildings on campus and other facilities / smart campus projects; IT infrastructure projects; integration/identity management/security projects; and application / digital projects in the enterprise services domain (finance, HR, procurement, service management, space management and other back-office Enterprise capabilities).
