Your next career opportunity
As Senior Constituent Insights Analyst, you'll lead primary market research programs focused on prospective and commencing students. You'll have the opportunity to influence key marketing strategies, communications, and student experience initiatives through data-driven insights. Your expertise will directly impact decision-making at the highest levels of the University, through development of insights, reporting and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Market Research Programs: Design and execute in-house quantitative market research, from questionnaire design to data analysis and reporting. 
  • Generate Strategic Insights: Analyse data from multiple sources to inform marketing strategies, recruitment efforts, and student experience initiatives. 
  • Communicate Findings: Present insights through reports, interactive dashboards, and presentations to key stakeholders, including University leadership. 
  • Champion Evidence-Based Decision Making: Promote best practice in research methodology and data-driven strategies across the University.

You may be a great fit if:

You are an experienced market research professional with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a diverse group of stakeholders. 

You may also:

  • Have experience working in an analytical or insights function at a university 
  • Have experience leading and managing analyst resources

Your new team – Advancement, Communications and Marketing 

The University Communication and Marketing (C&M) team works within the Advancement, Communications and Marketing department and includes three functions: Strategy, Operations and Engagement, Digital Experience and Marketing, and Strategic Communications.  

The Senior Constituent Insights Analyst role is part of the Global Brand and Insights team within the Strategy, Operations and Engagement function. The Global Brand and Insights team is responsible for brand management and governance, market insights programs and development of marketing strategies.
