As an AV Endpoints Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of audio-visual innovation in higher education. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge AV solutions, enhancing research capabilities and transforming collaboration spaces across the university. Working with a team of experts, you'll tackle complex technical challenges, integrate AI-driven monitoring systems, and shape the future of AV technology in academia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Innovate and Implement: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AV solutions that support university research and teaching.
- Lead Complex Projects: Offer expertise in AV platforms, solving intricate issues and coordinating resources across various university departments.
- Enhance Monitoring Systems: Integrate AI-driven monitoring and analysis tools for AV spaces and endpoints, improving efficiency and performance.
- Design Collaboration Spaces: Work with faculties and stakeholders to create cutting-edge AV-enabled spaces within the university's lifecycle programme.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a passionate AV professional with advanced certifications in audio-visual collaboration, possessing a strong technical background and a drive to innovate in a complex, dynamic university environment.
You may also:
- Have extensive experience in technology engineering within large, complex organisations.
- Possess advanced certifications in AV control, digital video systems, and AV networking.
- Demonstrate strong skills in planning, developing, and managing collaboration systems.
- Have experience with configuring and managing AV equipment from brands like Extron and Crestron.
- Excel in communication and relationship-building across diverse stakeholder groups.
